Shape Affirm's credit risk strategy at the intersection of analytics, engineering, and regulation

Affirm's Risk & Analytics / Credit team is hiring an Analyst II to own the analytical lifecycle behind credit policy — from data-driven insight to business decision. You'll partner with Engineering to build scalable risk models, monitor portfolio and macroeconomic performance to adjust underwriting, and work cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Compliance, and external stakeholders (merchants, regulators) to turn regulatory and market complexity into concrete credit and product strategy. This is a remote-US, analytically rigorous role that also demands real influence over technical and non-technical stakeholders.
