Airbnb is hiring a Senior Data Engineer on the People Analytics & Research team to build data pipelines from HR systems (Workday, Greenhouse) and deliver the data foundations behind AI-driven employee-experience tools. You'll work across Trino/Presto and Postgres, build Streamlit dashboards for non-technical stakeholders, and handle sensitive employee data with governance and access controls. This is a US remote-eligible role.
