Bridge Figma's product and community as the São Paulo-based advocate turning designer expertise into content and go-to-market impact

This is a hybrid São Paulo role on Figma's Advocacy team, partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Product to help customers unlock Figma across real workflows while representing user voice internally. You'll create written/visual/video content, speak at industry events, and need both deep hands-on Figma expertise and genuine community credibility. Expect questions probing real product-workflow depth (design systems, tokens, AI-assisted design), public-speaking comfort, and how you'd translate community sentiment into product feedback.
