Lead AI-strategy and GenAI integration for Netflix's internal enterprise employee-facing applications

This is a senior (5+ years) engineering role on Netflix's internal enterprise tools team, chartered with shaping AI/GenAI strategy for company-wide employee-facing applications rather than the consumer streaming product. You'll design, build, and integrate GenAI into existing enterprise workflow systems, working across build-vs-buy decisions and partnering broadly across the company.
