Lead Replit's enterprise infrastructure team: single-tenant deployments, private networking, data residency, and BYOK encryption

This is an Engineering Manager role at Replit owning the infrastructure foundations that let large enterprises adopt the platform — single-tenant deployments, VPC peering, static IPs, regional data residency, and customer-managed encryption. You'll manage a team of infrastructure engineers, partner tightly with Security and Sales, and drive technical strategy on build-vs-buy calls for complex compliance-facing capabilities.
