Twilio is hiring a Software Engineer for its Data Platform team to design and operate the frameworks that ingest, process, and analyze data at scale using the modern big-data stack (Kafka, Spark, Hive, Hudi, Presto, Airflow) on AWS. This interview probes 5+ years of hands-on distributed-data-systems experience, AWS-at-scale judgment, and the ability to turn ambiguous business requirements into reliable, cost-efficient data infrastructure.
