Affirm's Core Analytics team (within Risk & Analytics) is hiring an Analyst II to own end-to-end analytics workflows — from defining success metrics to building scalable data models — with a specific focus on developer experience and analytics-lifecycle tooling. The role wants 3-5 years in an analytically-driven role (analytics engineering, BI, or data analyst background), strong SQL (Snowflake preferred), familiarity with Git/DBT/Sigma, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment around metrics quality, not just produce reports.
