Airbnb is hiring a Senior QE Lead within its Infrastructure org's ~150-person Quality team, responsible for planning and executing QE priorities, driving automated-testing adoption, and managing stakeholders across Product and senior leadership. This is a people-leadership and program-execution role — 10+ years of QA experience with a track record of hiring, coaching, and driving quality initiatives across ambiguous, fast-moving projects. US-remote eligible.
