This is Airbnb's Senior Staff Engineer / Technical Lead role for Payments Compliance, owning system design across Policy Enforcement, Identity, Screening, Auditing, and Compliance Experience. Expect deep questions on large-scale architecture, AML/KYC/sanctions-screening domain judgment, and cross-org technical leadership with direct financial and legal exposure.
