Airbnb is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the UI Tooling team within UI Foundation, owning the platforms connecting Airbnb's Design Language System to hundreds of designers and engineers — spanning AI-powered design-to-code workflows (Figma Code Connections, UI dev/prototyping agents), core UI/design workflow tooling, and collaboration/motion tooling. The role requires 10+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years managing platform/tooling/design-systems teams, ownership of a multi-year roadmap, and deep cross-functional influence across Design, Product, and AI teams. US remote-eligible.
