This interview is for a PM role owning North's (Cohere's agentic AI platform) integrations end to end — CRM, ITSM, productivity suites, data warehouses, and identity connectors — plus the underlying platform capabilities (connector framework, auth/identity, tool-use, data sync, permissioning) that don't yet exist. Expect deep platform/API product questions, partner and enterprise-customer scenarios, and technical fluency checks on integration architecture, since this is a dual mandate of shipping connectors and building reusable platform primitives.
