This is a hands-on engineering manager role leading a team on Robinhood's Retirements and Accounts platform, with a headline responsibility of driving the 0→1 build of the white-label Trump Accounts platform (built with BNY) from architecture through launch. The interview will test distributed-systems design judgment, greenfield 0→1 execution under regulatory constraints, and people leadership (coaching, hiring bar, performance management) in a 5-days-in-office, high-intensity culture.
