Own end-to-end UX for Twilio's Voice products, from SIP/WebRTC primitives to cross-channel design coherence
Twilio is hiring a senior product designer (referred to internally as Staff/L4) to be the core design leader for Voice Products — Programmable Voice, Elastic SIP Trunking, and Call Telemetry/Insights — inside the Channels UX team spanning Messaging, Email, and Voice. The role requires 8+ years designing highly technical developer tools or complex B2B/SaaS platforms, translating telecom concepts like SIP, WebRTC, and real-time media/turn-taking latency into usable developer experiences, plus cross-functional leadership with PMs, engineering, and architects. Remote US (excluded from several high-cost states per the posting).
