This role leads GitLab's Growth engineering team, responsible for the full-funnel loop of acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization through self-serve experimentation on GitLab.com. You'll hire and coach a globally distributed, asynchronous fullstack team, guide technical architecture and experiment design, and partner closely with Product, Design, and Data to prioritize work using an ICE-based framework.
